This ministry is available to any parishioner who is hospitalized, homebound or residing in a nursing home.  It provides weekly visits to the hospitalized and monthly visits to those who are homebound or in nursing homes.  These visits provide the parishioner with the opportunity to receive Holy Communion and to let them know that they have not been forgotten by their church family.
